Jill Mercer
Founder and President
After pursuing a Masters Degree in Psychology and a career in the provincial government, Jill decided to turn her talent for cooking into a business. Twenty years and three locations later, she is the creative backbone of Mercer’s Catering. Jill oversees a dynamic staff who share a love of great food. Over the years she has been fortunate enough to attract some top talents which have contributed to Mercer’s success. Never one to rest on her laurels, Jill is always studying new food trends and looking for ways to ensure Mercer’s remains one of Edmonton’s top notch caterers.

Vice President
Monica is our people person. She joined Mercer’s team six years ago to try something new. She has since discovered that catering is where her heart is! Monica brings to Mercer’s 20 plus years of marketing and sales experience, with customer service skills that are unparalleled. Monica specializes in event planning and has a real flair for event décor and tablescaping. Her creative sense, her caring attitude and her willingness to go the extra mile shines through with every event. It is her job to ensure that Mercer’s customers are satisfied and Mercer’s high standards are maintained with every order.
