Our goal is to make it extremely easy for you to get exactly what you want. Let us know what will work best for you. We have a number of different options to consider:

You may want to have everything prepared and cooked in our kitchen on our fabulous char broiler. Mercer’s staff can simply drop off everything and set up the hot food in chafing dishes. With our biodegradable disposable dishes, your clean-up will be a breeze. If you need staff to help replenish the buffet and do the clean-up, we can arrange for that as well.

Or you can choose to have Mercer’s staff fully cater your BBQ. We will cook everything on site; our staff will take care of all the set up and clean up. You can either rent dishes and glassware or use our biodegradable disposables. BBQ is not included.
