BARTENDING SERVICE

• All private events must be paid for in full prior to the event.
• We require a 50% deposit on all private events in order to secure the date.
• Final numbers and final payment must be given to us one week in advance of the date given.
• All leftover food will be kept by the catering company at the discretion of the event staff.
• Some of our equipment (e.g., coffee urns or platters) may be left behind at your event for you to use after our staff leave. We ask that you return these to us within three days of your event. If they are not returned, replacement charges will be applicable.
• Additional charges may apply dependent on the nature of the venue and event.
