Policies

MINIMUMS
   On week days our minimum for a cold or hot lunch and our monthly specials is 12.
   On week ends we require at least a $500.00 minimum order

NOTICE
    For daily catering orders we require 24 hours notice.

DELIVERY CHARGES:
    $15.00 for all deliveries in the downtown area: 95 St. to 124 St. and 98 Ave. to 107 Ave.
    $17.50 for all deliveries outside the downtown area
    $25.00 for all deliveries outside Edmonton (e.g., Sherwood Park)
    Additional $5.00 charge applied on all deliveries before 7:00 am and after 5:00 pm

DISPOSABLE PLATES, CUTLERY & NAPKINS:
    All of our disposable plates, bowls, and cutlery are biodegradable
    If you require disposables, the charge is $0.50 per person

CANCELLATIONS
    No charge on daily orders if more than 24 hours notice is given
    If less than 24 hours notice is give 50% of the food bill will be charged

REPLACEMENT COSTS
    All of our serving dishes are reusable and we pick up our equipment the following day.
    Lost serving plates, baskets, utensils, coffee urns, crock pots and warming bags will be charged to the client
    at replacement costs.

DEPOSITS
    Weddings and private functions over $1,500.00 require a $500.00 deposit upon booking.
    Final payment must be made five business days prior to the event.
