Barbecue's are one of our favourite types of catering - everyone's casual and ready for a fun time, there's no shortage of fresh local ingredients, and one of our perfectly seasoned meats hot off the grill is one of life's simple pleasures. From steaks to pork to good old burgers & hot dogs, a Mercer's BBQ is the perfect solution for a family reunion, company picnic or gourmet gathering of friends in the backyard.

From hot dogs to steaks, the second the grill rolls out, you know it’s going to be a great day! Local meats, fresh baked buns, our secret signature BBQ sauce and your choice of delicious sides, Dad won’t even be jealous that a chef is working the grill. We prepare juicy 5 oz. burgers with our special seasoning and signature BBQ sauce.
Vegetarian/vegan and gluten free burgers & buns are also available upon request.
We offer you a choice of three hot and cold sides or six hot and cold sides.
