ALWAYS LOCAL & FRESH: Our cuisine ranges from simple to sophisticated, and It all starts with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Fresh from the oven baked goods made in house, or from Vienna Bakery. Flavourful produce from Urban Reclaim, the Little Potato Company and Doef’s Greenhouses. Meats and seafood from Irving’s farms and Wild Game Consultants, and of course, the best Ice Cream and Sorbets from Pinocchio Ice Cream. All from Edmonton and surrounding areas - delivered daily to our professional kitchen, prepared with passion, and enjoyed by you.

There are many elements to being a successful caterer - service, professionalism, attention to detail... but at the core, it's all about the food. Not just any food though, and that's why we put in the extra effort to source seasonal produce picked at the peak of flavour and freshness by local growers. We work closely with local meat suppliers for the freshest seafood, perfect cuts of meat, and deliciously seasoned and smoked deli meats. Our fresh baked goods arrive daily, and we source only fresh, locally grown herbs and garnishes. Why do we go the extra mile finding our quality ingredients? Because supporting quality local growers and producers is the right thing to do… and yes, you can taste the difference!
