Special moments deserve special attention, and our team of chefs and event catering professionals will make sure everything goes according to plan. And if something does come up, we’re there to help. From the appetizers to the cutting of the cake, (and the late night snacks), you’ll remember this day forever, and we’ll make sure those memories are magical.

Next Steps:
1. Complete the contact form and we will reach out.
Once you contact us with your initial wedding details, one of our event coordinators shall reach out to discuss your menu selections, beverage options and event service style details. We will also notify you of our next private couples tasting as there are limited spots available.
2. Consultation & Proposal
You will receive an initial quote within a few days following our initial consultation. Once you have reviewed, we can address your customization requirements. We then look forward to meeting you at our next in-house tasting.
3. Book a Tasting
You’re invited to our in-house tasting where you will be seated at a private table. You have an opportunity to try Mercer’s food quality, meet part of our team and make an informed decision. Our wedding experts will be there to answer all of your questions.
4. Booking Confirmation
When you choose to book with us, we require a deposit to ensure that your event date is held for you. We do not need every detail at this time, but we do understand that if you change your mind, we will refund this deposit up to six months before your wedding date.
5. Ongoing Confirmation
Changes do happen so we are constantly in communication with our couples to finalize quotes, guest count, timelines, and venue information. We want to finalize every detail ten business days before the wedding so that our kitchen and service staff has ample time to prepare.
6. Payment
Once you have confirmed your event with us, you will receive a service contract, deposit requirements and a payment schedule. We request the full payment to be paid a week before the wedding. Every detail is prepared ahead of time guaranteeing a beautiful execution of all arrangements related to your wedding day.
