Beverage Services
Mercer's Catering has a beverage solution for every kind of event. Based on decades of experience with events of all types and sizes we can advise you on the right balance and amount of spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages, and provide the right number of bar stations and professional staff to properly and responsibly serve all your guests.
Non-Alcoholic
For staffed events or delivery, we carry a full array of juices, soda, bottled water, coffee and tea. Ask us about ‘mocktails’ - non-alchoholic versions of classic drinks, a fun option that’s becoming more popular. Call for details of the selection list for prices.
Bar Service
Our friendly mixologists will serve your guests efficiently and responsibly. If we are providing the alcohol, we will provide and display the licence, and keep the bar fully stocked. If you want to supply the alcohol, we can supply the bar staff, (but you will need to get the liquor license). Call us for more information.
Tasting Parties
Tasting parties are the newest way to bring friends together and try something different. Wine, Scotch, Craft Beers & Cocktails - there's so many great libations to try, and we'll create a custom menu that will pair perfectly with your beverage selections.
