Our fearless leader! With a master's degree in psychology, Jill is as passionate about people as she is about food. She loves pushing traditional culinary boundaries, attending international catering conferences for leading edge inspiration, researching food trends and exploring new recipes & innovative presentations.

Internationally & classically trained, Suran has worked in restaurants around the world including South Africa and the United Kingdom. With a passion for globally influenced flavours, creative plate presentation (and an exceptionally organized kitchen), he's an inspiring leader that raises everyone's talents and provides the WOW factor to every dish.
